This Deposit is not included in the payment plan and will secure your room rate. 1. All payments are non-refundable due to contractual agreements with vendors. 2. Name changes are permitted up to 60 days before the event 3. The initial contact is the name in which the room will be reserved under unless requested otherwise. 4. The hotels standard procedure is to require a credit card at check-in for incidentals or if using a debit card the card will place a $250.00 hold. Payments start 1 Nov 11 and on the first of every month until the package is paid in full - after 30th of the month any payment not made will have a $25.00 late fee added. If no payments have been made after 30 days the booking will be cancelled UNLESS arrangements have been made and late fees have been paid.

Payment Plans are setup to meet the Hotel request for 90-60 days Full payment and are nonrefundable.

We can provide travel insurance information as a part of the package on request (added expense but great value - (Cost will add approximately $30-40 pp )

Name changes or allowed up to 60 day of departure Once the names are given to the Hotel- NO-changes can be made without a $50/charge!

Another Key Point all Hotels require the party to Check-in with a credit card for incidentals or if using a debit card a reversible charge of $200-300, which is lifted in 7-10 days that may affect your spending and shopping plans.
